CANCELLATION POLICY
For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note. Once a COD order is verified via call/ whatsapp, it cannot be cancelled.
DAMAGE AND REPAIR POLICY
We aim to make good-quality footwear using reliable materials. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur. To support our customers, we offer a repair policy.
This policy does not cover damage caused by normal use, such as scuffs, scratches, or fading. It also does not apply to damage from accidents like drops, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions.
Taraash Store is committed to quality, but cannot held responsible for natural wear and tear over time or damage caused by unexpected events during use.
REPAIR PROCESS
Eligibility: In special cases, footwear may be accepted for repair after our team reviews and approves it.
Repair Charges: There will be no cost for the repair work.
Shipping Fees: A shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged to the customer for all repairs.
Geographic Limitations: Repair services are available only within India.
Discounted Products: Items bought at a discounted price (online, in-store, or through marketplaces) are not eligible for warranty, guarantee, exchange, or repair.
Taraash Store has the final decision on whether a repair request is accepted, based on the condition of the product and the type of damage.
ABOUT THE FOOTWEAR
All Taraash footwear is made using non-leather materials. We recommend avoiding use in or around water.
Different weather conditions may affect the footwear and its accessories, so we kindly suggest storing them in a shoe bag when not in use.
Please ensure your feet are dry before wearing the footwear, as moisture may cause minor damage.
Our footwear does not come with a warranty. Its durability depends on how it is used and maintained over time.
