SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Taraash Store, we ensure that your orders are delivered in the best condition and within the committed timelines through our trusted courier partners.
Order Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after customer verification.
Delivery Timeline: Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 4-7 working days after it is dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include sundays & national or public holidays
Shipping Charges:
Prepaid orders below ₹1999: ₹49 shipping fee
Prepaid orders above ₹1999: Free shipping
If a prepaid order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
All COD orders require confirmation through our customer service team. A maximum of two attempts will be made to contact you. If confirmation is not received, the order will be cancelled.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partner will contact you before delivery. If you are unavailable, up to three delivery attempts will be made. Failure to respond or accept the delivery will result in the order being returned to our warehouse.
