Returns & Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange or return a product, you must return it within 15 days of delivery. The product should be in a unused condition.
No returns or exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details.
No Returns or Exchanges are possible on products purchased during the Season Sale
Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
Return Eligibility:
The item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The product should be in its original packaging.
The returned items will be checked by our Quality Assurance Team. If the item doesn’t meet the required standards, it will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you at your expense (if requested). No amount will be reimbursed, nor will a new or exchanged pair be dispatched.
Exchanges for a particular product are subject to product availability or the desired size. If the product is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, which can be used to purchase any item from our website.
Processing Time:
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will take up to 48 hours for processing.
After this processing period, your return or exchange request will be processed accordingly.
Damaged/Incorrect Items:
In case of a missing, wrong, or damaged product, please get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.
Mandatory: When opening your package, please record a video and make sure the shipping label details are clearly visible before removing the outer packaging. This will help serve as proof in case there are any issues with the product received.
*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount (except the shipping cost) of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use a Taraash Credit Note?
A credit note will be issued in a form of a Coupon code which can be utilised on the website on the checkout page
You have to put the credit note code in the ‘DISCOUNT CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total amount
These credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash, It can only be utilised thorough the login of your registered email address only All credits are valid for a period of three months from the date of issuance.
The credit note or the coupon code cannot be extended under any circumstances.
